What we collect

Your email address, when you join the waitlist. We also keep the member number we give you and whether you open or click our emails.

Why

To send you your member number, tell you when a numbered shirt drops, and give members first go. That's it. We rely on your consent, which you give by joining and confirming your email.

Who handles it

Our emails are sent through Kit (kit.com), which stores the list for us. Kit may process data outside the UK under its own safeguards. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long

Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and leaving takes one click.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email info@overheardsociety.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
